Cheesy Ground Beef and Rice Casserole

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: Cook the Ground Beef
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the meat is browned. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Drain off any excess grease.
Step 3: Combine the Ingredients
In a large bowl, stir together the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and milk. Add the cooked beef mixture, rice, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until everything is well combined. If desired, fold in the frozen peas.
