Lemon Crumb Bars

👩🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Make the Crust
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt, then gradually mix into the butter mixture.
Set aside 1 cup of the crumb mixture for topping.
Press the remaining crumbs firmly into the prepared baking dish.
3. Prepare the Filling
In another bowl, beat eggs until thick.
Stir in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.
4. Assemble and Bake
Pour the lemon filling evenly over the crust.
Sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
5. Cool and Serve
Let the bars cool completely.
