🍝 Creamy and Flavorful Chicken Spaghetti

This creamy chicken spaghetti is the ultimate comfort food — rich, cheesy, and packed with flavor. Tender chicken, melted Velveeta, and hearty pasta come together in a dish that’s both easy to make and sure to please everyone at the table.


🧂 Ingredients

Spaghetti pasta1 pound
Butter2 tablespoons
Cream of chicken soup1 (10.75-ounce) can
Cream of mushroom soup1 (10.75-ounce) can
Onion (finely chopped)½ cup
Bell pepper (finely chopped)½ cup
Salt and pepperTo taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the diced chicken until no longer pink. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

2. Sauté the Vegetables
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking until soft and translucent.

3. Make the Sauce
Stir in the Velveeta cheese, Rotel tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, and cream of mushroom soup. Cook until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.

4. Combine Everything
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss until evenly coated in the creamy cheese sauce.

5. Season and Simmer
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally to allow the flavors to blend.

6. Serve
Remove from heat and serve warm. Garnish with chopped parsley or grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
