Honey Mustard Pork Chops

Honey Mustard Pork Chops
If comfort food had a golden shine, this would be it: tender pork chops seared to perfection and coated in a glossy, tangy-sweet honey mustard glaze. It’s the kind of dish that feels special enough for company yet easy enough to make on a weeknight. And once you try it, you’ll understand why it’s been a staple in my kitchen for years.
I still remember the first time I made it—rain tapping softly against the windows while I craved something cozy but not too heavy. I had pork chops but wanted something beyond the usual pan-fry. So I whisked together honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, and a splash of vinegar, then spooned it over the sizzling chops. The result? Juicy, golden-brown pork with a sticky glaze that clung to every bite. My family didn’t just eat—they devoured.
